>unable to move or breathe properly
>sleep paralysis time
>i get sleep paralysis kinda often, so im not too freaked out
>think to myself “fuck why does sleep paralysis only make scary demon hallucinations and not cute girls”
>see two tiny red glowing orbs in my doorway
>oh great a spooky
>as it walks closer i make out a real tall girl with massive badonkers wearing a rabbit suit
>shes real vivid, got red eyes and long black hair and is really calming to look at
>notice that she has an 8 inch purple fucking strapon

What are your weirdest sleep paralysis stories? Ill start
Gaaae
had a pretty bad dream where i get run over by a car, forced myself to get out of it but my body wasn't ready, snapped me into a paralysis
first time i had a paralysis really, but i knew what it was, i knew that if you wiggle your toes you can stop the paralysis, what i didn't know is that you can still get auditory hallucinations from it, i woke up with my head beneath the covers, suddenly i hear my door open and close loudly, i can hear movement and things moving straight ahead from me, i begin fucking panicking thinking there's a burglar in my room
begin to cough and move under to notify the burglar i woke up, thinking he might notice and leave
after 10 minutes i peek and no one is there, realize it was from the paralysis
10/10 won't do it again
thought this would be a serious thread but I'll contribute anyway. also I agree why the fuck is sleep paralysis always so scary?
so it's usually the same for me, and happens multiple times in an hour or so
I feel as though I've been pushed off my bed and am incapable of moving, then pushed and shoved and spun around the floor, usually ending up under the bed while catching glimpses of sinister looking shadows
but sometimes the room I'm in is slightly different, like the worst time I noticed my door was open as I was on the ground and I was trying to turn a light on as it was dark and I hear "DO WE HAVE LIGHT?" in a terrifying almost witch like voice
it's always scary as fuck, i learnt to never open my eyes when i have a sleep paralysis because i am in no mood to watch demons and witches
the issue is though that you don't need to open your eyes
it's going to happen anyway
I have tried more than a few times to initiate sleep paralysis.
Sadly nothing seems to work.
obviously its gonna happen, but you won't hallucinate things if you keep your eyes closed, sure you're still gonna hear shit, but for me its usually just really loud mechanical buzzing, i've learnt to just ride it out and it disappears after like a minute or 2
you need a fucked up sleep schedule or to wake up abruptly, but there are ways to enter sleep paralysis, people usually do it so they can enter lucid dreaming state, search up online, there's several ways to do it
How do you even get sleep paralysis anyway? I've wanted to experience it at some point in my life, along with lucid dream. I've not had any luck so far-
I don't really ever get that option lol I have to basically scream until I wake up. my sleep paralysis is full hallucinations in all 5 senses
My sleep schedule is fucked up enough, which is why I'm posting on Sup Forums at 2 am.
I've followed every instruction I can find it's just never worked for me. Guess it doesn't help that when I finally go to sleep I am a very sound sleeper.
you won't get audio hallucinations if you close your eyes mang, yeah you might feel pressure on your chest, and hear auditory stuff, but it depends on your current state of mind, if you panic you're gonna see some bad shit, just keep cool and remind yourself that none of it is real and its gonna be over in a minute and you should be golden
i had my first sleep paralysis at around 18, as i said, search up online, there's several ways to induce it, but honestly its not really something you want to experience, it isn't pleasant
keep on trying, you might've just not had luck, there's a reason people promote these techniques for lucid dreaming, it works, have fun and remember you can snap out of it by wiggling your toes, and remember that the auditory and possibly visual hallucinations may continue for another 30 seconds to 2 minutes
>you won't get audio hallucinations if you close your eyes
i meant visual
all my sleep paralysis is with my eyes closed
but it's only been in certain houses, especially when withdrawing from alcohol
I'm convinced it's not just a hallucination
The most basic way is to get yourself tired. Lie on your back. Relax and avoid every urge to move parts of your body.
so I have these dreams in which I can't wake up and can't breathe, sometimes it's me constantly waking up again and again, I wanna turn on lights but I can't move. it's really horrible, is this sleep paralysis? also I have dreams in which I can't speak up, like I have no breath or air...
getting old fucks you up. fucking Apnoe.
there's no upper force to this, just brain signals, the reason it happens when you're intoxicated is due to the alcohol (or lack of) fucking up with your rem sleep cycles
oh no doubt when I'm detoxing I don't sleep at all so when I actually do I'm exhausted and prone to sleep paralysis
but I'm a believer in all things spiritual and paranormal from these experiences and many others unrelated
when something feels as real as reality who am I to say it isn't reality?
I use to get it from time to time. It would be a black shadow holding me down. To cut a long story short I fought it and won. No more sleep paralysis.
That reminds me of a recurring dream I used to have as a child, and since everyone loves hearing about other people's dreams.
It happened every year at roughly the same time, a time of no particular importance in my life.
I would be running around the outside of my house carrying my bed. With a shadow chasing me. I would always wake up just as it caught me.
One year though I threw my bed at the shadow, killing it. I never had that dream again.
Bcus its not just hallucinations but a window into another realm
i won't tell you how to live your life, but its best if you remove any feelings of upper control or paranormal activity, there's no reason to live in fear of those things or let them dictate your life, my suggestion is to watch some anti theistic content (which also helps against any spiritual and paranormal forces), my suggestion would be richard dawkins and the atheist experience, they talk about it often and if you feel like it you can also get onto their show and express your beliefs, good luck man
>Bcus its not just hallucinations but a window into another realm
> sleeping on futon because poor
> new apartment
> drifting into sleep paralysis
> it becomes low-res astral travel
> i'm kneeling next to my own bed
> check it, i have a hardon
> huh
>
>
>
> go down on myself
Today i was sleeping with my notebook in one side of the bed and a left a little space between the wall and me, i felt a nail touching my back.
