You wouldn't hire someone who didn't fix up their hair or clean their face, why would you hire on of these people?

I work in a machine shop so no one gives a fuck about tattoos. It's a nice environment to work in; some degeneracy like people putting porn on their machines but overall it's great not having to watch what you say. It's an acceptable trade-off.
