sweet tasting drinks, start out with not too much alcohol.

pineapple juice is excellent at masking vodka.
"dark n stormy" can also contain loads of alcohol, i start out with 6cl of dark rum (yes, eurofag, translate in to your own units), 3 cl of lime juice/zest, aprox 15-20cl of gingerbeer, ice - i mixed in a 40cl glass, and had 6-8 icecubes in there (medium sized i guess).
anyways, i did the 6cl version first, then an 8cl version and a 10cl version at the end - i put extra lime in th last one of cause. To help mask the rum, but dont recall if it was 4 or 6cl total.
anyways 10cl of 37.5% rum = 2.5 units of alcohol, with is good, and she will get gradually more drunk if you make her do at least one of those an hour. but start with the 6cl one and move up to 10cl as descibed, or she will notice.
Also doing shots in between is great.
