As far as 80s action star goes. Yes. Arnold was on his way up during the 80s and punctuated his dominance in the action genre with T2 and Total Recall. Strangely enough, Commando is filmed liked an Hallmark drama.

While rivals, they carefully made sure they each had their own niche.
