My sleeps always been fucked. I can't nap, and if I get up, I basically can't sleep till I've been up for at least 12 hours, like I said earlier. Also I find staying up past 24 hours, it gets easier the longer I'm awake, but when I sleep after doing that, I only get about 3-5 hours of sleep and then I'm wide awake. Its fucked trying to switch my sleep around, especially since I normally sleep through the day. Also I don't want to become reliant on sleeping pills, even though the few times I tried them in the hospital they didn't work, but that could have been the pain keeping me awake

Try this shit called power to sleep, it's GABA and some melotonin and it works really well. Melotonin on its own isn't great because it needs GABA to be absorbed (I think)

I had issues with my parents before I left the house. Leaving on bad terms is almost impossible to recover from. What worked for me was going to a therapy session with them to air out all the dirty laundry between us and put aside the unimportant issues we were dealing with.
