Anabolic steroids is testosterone, user. When you juice for a long time your balls stop producing test and a doctor will write you a script for the same thing that got you into the mess to begin with. Joe probably has such a script.

He does, but it's at doses prescribed by a doctor (and they're a lot more reasonable rather than the body builder types that are injecting a gram of test a week).

Though he doesn't mention this, he likely MUST be on at least a small dosage of steroids to remain functional. I suspect Rogan has been juicing all his life to the point that his natural testosterone production has stopped. This is the case for most body builder types after they've been at it a decade or two, particularly if they don't off cycles.

After a lot of abuse with steroids, the nuts stop producing their own and that man has to remain, at least on a small maintenance dose of testsosterone all his life or he'll quickly turn into a flabby frail old woman like Shwarzeneggar.
