How much sleep do you get, tv?

4-6 hours

6-8

10 hours

10-12 hours every 2 days

About 6. 10 on fridays

i sleep 3-4 hours at a time, with no schedule or pattern. its absolute shit

>tfw wagecuck
>exhausted every evening
>go to bed in time for a solid 9 hours
>can't sleep and get like 5
every night

2 hours yesterday, none this night (i went to a party) and today i'll get maybe 15 hours of sleep.

Generally stay up drinking until about midnight, get up at 6:45 for work. The hangovers are a bitch.

DO I KNOW YOU?
WHY ARE YO ASKING ME THIS?

Oh and my average amount of sleep is about 5 hours.

>it's a datamining thread

6 hours, without fail. I don't even set alarms anymore. I'd like to get more but my body doesn't seem to give a fuck. Sleep at 12 get up at 6. Sleep at 2 get up at 8. Any time of day or night. Six hours max. IS THIS NORMAL

>tfw sleep 12 hours a day

Like 11 or 12. I can't make myself get up at all

12
but in like 4+1+2+2+3

I think I'm going to die soon, bros.

I did this for a few months and I felt awful. How much exercise do you do?

I could sleep probably like 12h a day but its waste of life. so i sleep like 7h a day

That's the way it is for me, and I get around 6 hours. Usually I wake up before my alarms go off and just lie there until I feel like getting up. Even if I knock myself out with alcohol or pills I'll wind up getting up after 6 hours, just earlier in the morning

Oh yes you are

from ~2AM to ~9AM

>somehow got into the routine of sleeping 9am to 4pm
>tried to fix it by staying extra day but too mentally weak to accomplish it
>tried to wake up after only a couple hours sleep but ended up falling asleep an hour or two later
>"fuck it, this is my life now"
>and it persists

>Sleeping

Once you get past 100 hours without sleep you truly awake

I havn't slept in 10 years

Have a 3 week old kid. Sleep is just a meme.

get an overnights job and it wont matter

7-8 but sometimes much less because iam insomniac sick.

7-8 is mandatory - iam literally not able to function without that numver

Drown yourself in caffeine to get back on track, it makes all-nighters much easier

ANAAAAAAPPPP

are ou me?

>SPORTS ANAP
What did she mean by this?

Like 6 to 8 hours. On the weekends barely 5, I like my alcohol

I run alot, like 20-25 miles a week, so that puts me out quickly and I stay asleep too, plus I don't do drugs or drink.

Exactly this.

I've transcended the need for sleeping.

i sleep a couple of times a day, maybe 9 or 10 hours

3-5 hours a day. I work two jobs, one of them involves 12 hour overnught shifts.

>physically unable to sleep
>mentally wanting to sleep
maybe no

>I run alot, like 20-25 miles a week
Ah that probably helps then. I was doing 12 hours/day with no exercise at all.

I actually went 3 days without sleep once and it's not really that bad, you stop feeling sleepy after the 2nd day, just numb.

It'll atleast get you past the first night, then you'll be so tired you can choose when to lie down

>myfacewhengoogleanapgirl

8-9 hours

feels relaxed man

Sleep dep is pretty close to being drunk with none of the benefits.

>Feel tired all day
>Finally go to bed
>immediately wake up and thoughts start moving through my brain
>Lay there for 2-3 hours before i finally fall asleep

>truoble falling asleep
>truoble waking up once asleep

>result is sleep 10 hour despite 8 being more than enough
>stay awake for 16 hours

>every 12 days I lose a day of my life and it's spent in a clusterfuck of nightmares/worrying about future

Yeah I'd probably do like 6-7 hours a night without exercise

what's wrong with that lion?

Last summer There was a 5-6 week period where I would sleep in two 3-4 hour bursts or minisleeps. At first I hated it but in the middle I was really liking it. I had a nice routine. Had my days divided really nicely

>clean, make food, exercise, read news, shower, work on my carpentry
>mini sleep
>watch movies, post on Sup Forums, watch tv
>minisleep
I was probably more productive then than at any point in my life. I want to try it again.

>feeling numb
>not really that bad

4 these days. I have the time for double that, but I keep waking up for one reason or another. I make it to work fine, but I doze off sometimes in class.
