The biggest factors in determining HDI are life expectancy, "education index" (meaning little more than how many years you've spent in school) and GDP per capita.
Mass migration and even trucks of peace do not reduce life expectancy significantly so their impact is negligible.
Even if most rapefugees are illiterate even in their own language, they're adults so they don't count towards the education index. Only their children do, and by German law they're obliged to follow a minimum number of years in education. Here too their impact is negligible.
GDP per capita may actually increase due to mass migration, as they lower wages and therefore increase profit margins in Germany.
So on paper rapefugees and crises may increase HDI even as crime rises, no-go zones increase, newspeak becomes the new norm and the gap between rich and poor grows faster than in any other country in Europe.

I mean average life expectancy. Of course the victims had their life expectancy reduced a lot, but the average German's life expectancy only drops like 0.002 years because of this, which might be offset by things like Germans eating healthier or healthcare improving.
