As for the child, that depends on the parents, other than any mental problems that might arise from the aforementioned complications. Healthy parents usually means healthy child, though weird stuff can happen of course.

I think there was a uni in florida or georgia where mulattoes made a black student union and kicked out any really light blacks and mulattoes if they weren't dark enough.
