But I just cant comprehend how people get 140kg and more ti begin with. How much food and how little movement is needed to achieve this? Even if I have a normal day, with regular walking and doing shit I can eat 3-4 meals a day and dont get fat.

This "disciplinary hearing" is more than likely a sham procedure to avoid a lawsuit. It sounds like it's being done in-house, which will make it easier to sweep under the rug.
