8 years ago this month, I had to shoot 2 men who tried to use lethal force and rob me while leaving a grocery store at 2 am.
I have been done with the court system completely, my case is completely closed now. But I did go through some complete bullshit, including doing a month in a maximum security unit in jail because I was labeled a violent murderer.

I can still own and carry a gun. All charges against me were dropped after witness testimonials and further investigation. Still sucked being a striagh edge white kid getting locked up with wet backs and nigs. Very few whites

One died on scene. The other was taken to a trauma center down the street and actually coded (died) for a minute then they got a Pulse out of him again. All I am told about him is he did his time in a wheelchair and is still in one now that he is free.
The young man who died was 19 the other was 22

I knew my right prior to police involvement. Kept my mouth shut and only told the first cop and investigators that I was in fear for my life, they said they were gonna stab me and take my stuff and car.

Re-read the top autismo. I went into a max security UNIT in county jail. Where they stick high level individuals with dangerous offense like murder, robbery and rape. Obviously you must of done some time in state because you got the reading level of a nigger
These psychos are kept in one side of the jail 23-1 and have very little contact with other cons. Upside is I had my own cell. Down side is I was 1 of only 5 white guys. Where there was 20+ Mexicans and 10+ blacks

Fired 3 times. The youngest approached me with my hands full and brandished a knife and told me to drop all my shit and give him my wallet and keys. I backed up and said the typical “please I don’t want problems I just wanna get home” that’s when the other came charging at me with something I couldn’t make out in his hand and I shot on both of them
My only point of real freak out is when the cops put handcuffs on me.

I got bad news for you user. Unless you faced a jury of 12 which rendered a not guilty verdict, then these charges can be reissued at anytime at the good pleasure of any newly elected DA. In short, it has NOT been completely adjudicated.
