What I do is run the shower over the tub and sit the doll and let warm water run over her and I use my hands to wipe her down and remove all the dirt/ fuzzies that are clinging. Once clean I let them air dry COMPLETELY before handling and powdering again. Wet tpe will collect clothing fuss and hairs really badly.
