That's not accurate.
The thing about love is it's not well defined. What they're feeling and what others might call love probably don't coincide much, but that's more a problem that i'll leave to some philosopher or poet or something.
The point is, generally if sociopaths are showing love or something similar, it's usually just a tool for manipulation, but that's not always the case. ASPD has varying degrees of severity, and someone who is technically a sociopath might just be a fairly normal person who's moral compass has been twisted badly.

Yeah, sure. I wouldn't necessarily rely on it being true in interpersonal relations, as manipulation is far FAR more likely, and even if they were to try and build a relationship, their other antisocial qualities would almost guarantee it to not be a healthy relationship, but it's definitely a thing that can happen.
In the case of affections towards a fictional character, can probably tone down the paranoia as it has no readily apparent negative/positive ramifications, but i'll stress again, be very wary of interpersonal relationships with people with ASPD.

I think shiny pokemon tend to have the best IVs, which effect stats. Nature can be changed though, so it's not a big deal and EV training is super easy with vitamins. I don't think IVs make a huge enough difference to be incredibly concerned with them.
In short, shiny pokemon tend to be good.
