1) make sure you’ve had a couple good pee’s since the last time you came. Semen can remain inside your plumbing after you cum, and peeing flushes it all out. If you don’t pee, it will get picked up by your precum and then it could be game over.
2) make sure you actually pull out on time
3) you should only have sex without a condom with (a) partner(s) you trust who have been tested for STIs recently and are exclusive to your relationship, condoms and abstinence are the only protections for a lot of STIs.
