I started at an entry level position but was rapidly promoted to lower management because of my performance. I mostly handle technical aspects of the operation, with a counterpart who handles personnel issues, but one of my duties does include providing supplementary training to people who are under-performing. I actually enjoy it most of the time aside from the problematic folks I get to sit down with today.
