I would like to hear Sup Forums's opinions regarding NoFap.
I'm 7 days into my current attempt but my enthusiasm is wavering. I suppose I do have a problem.
Typically, I fap to porn about 2-4 times a week. The porn in question is pretty vanilla. I don't have any sexual performance issues and I don't put off time with friends or family to make room for fapping.
That being said, I was drawn to NoFap as a discipline-building exercise and even started to believe the wild claims I was seeing about it.
I guess what I want to know is if anyone here has tried NoFap and whether or not it benefitted you. Or alternatively, if you think it's a complete joke, could your share why?
Pretty sure you will eventually have a nocturnal emission eventually. You're balls just want to get rid of that sperm regardless of how much you don't jerk it.

NoFap is a meme of jokes around a simple lesson. Be your own master. There is no magic spell of NoFap. I did it for 8 days in November. I fapped. Full Coomer. Then was back to "normal" You just leave your dick alone until it is begging you for attention. If you are bored? Do Something Else. Leave your penis alone until it is a *need* And that rushing gush of pulsing cum as you have big coom? It feels nicer than the exhausted puff of a single pearl from your dead dragon. Here's a viewpoint: You eat too much, you become fat. Too little, you die. You sleep to much or too little you become tired.
You jerk off too often you can loose motivation and too little and you're not living life. Just make sure it doesn't become an addiction you can't live without, just like any other drug.

I suppose I'm stuck in a kind of limbo right now. I don't know if I want to stop jacking off altogether (NoFap 2020, rock on, woo!) or just pay attention to my cravings and exercise some moderation.
The NoFap community is filled with cult types that just get on my nerves, but I can't manage to shake that feeling that they might be onto something.
