I had a fun time in Seville when I was there like 6 years ago. The Cathedral was one of the cooler ones I have seen with the mix of Muslim and Gothic Architecture. The beer was always cold and the girls were super hot. So yeah Spain is cool in my books.

generally the people are unfriendly and pushy to get you to buy stuff, tourist areas have ALOT of africans that are way worse, ive had african women grab hold of my arm trying to force on a "free" "friendship bracelet" just a string with a plastic bead on it that clearly marks you are a target at best by the others. they all sell the same shit every single one. fake adidas shoes, fake sunglasses, and handbags. and the women all have fake jewlery and braid hair.
the spanish food is below average better to get some other stuff there.
everything is cracked and broken, i think they are to lazy and/or cheap to spend money on a proper repair and at most just slap on new paint instead of fixing any problems causing it.

I lived there for a little over a year, studied and worked.
It has its goods and bads. People are pretty lazy and being educated is frowned upon. Particularly if you pronounce english well you're seen as a douche if you're a spanish speaker. You're bullied into being stupid. It does have WAY too many poor africans, moroccan and pakistani people. Way too much. Some areas dont feel european at all.
Generally the tourist who visit are the thrash of europe. English, dutch, trashy scandinavians and slavs who think that the mediterranean is the same as the caribbean.
Catalonians are fucking stupid and the independentist movement is the most retarded thing ever. They claim to have a different culture, but they are the current day spanish-eurotrash.
