Technically yes, because impeachment just means bringing charges against him and not whether or not he's removed from office. But removing him from office would take a 2/3 majority and the Senate vote will almost certainly go by party lines so he has nothing to worry about.

It's not about convicting him. Pelosi hopes to hell they don't convict him, because then every Democrat can run on "rigged trial" and "Republicans are traitors." In 2020, Republicans lose every race.
Then Democrats can impeach every unqualified judge Trump appointed. After Trump leaves office, he's going to prison. Hundreds of federal prosecutors have already said they would indict him for well-documented crimes.

Impeachment is nothing more than a speeding ticket. It can be tossed or you might lose and it could mean a slap on the wrist and told to not do that shit again, or you might lose your license.
Now, you really think the Senate is going to do anything remotely more than just a light slap if even that?
Clinton was impeached, and went on to make millions in his private life and his popularity soared a handful of years after he left office.
