ITT: medical problems you've been ignoring

>Tired of feeling like shit so doctors appointment
>Get in, list all my problems and tell doctor I'm very concerned
>He starts checking my pulse in more and more accurate ways
>"Go get a heart picture user"
>Sure he means ECG but ask anyway "so I just say heart picture?"
>"Yeah heart picture"
>Tell nurse, she tells me to lay down for ECG
> Feels like half an hour of laying there almost falling asleep
>"Relax relax, don't do anything"
>After sends me back to doctor
>Doctor tells me my heart BPM was 133 the entire time
>"Sinus tachycardia, go straight to accident emergency and check in, it can cause all your issues"
>This was 5 days ago
>Been using an app to monitor my heart rate
>Staying calm as much as possible but still a high BPM regularly
>MFW just not interested in the hospital until I get hard sex from my boyfriend but he has performance issues when under pressure
>MFW probably going to keep making excuses even if I can get him to pound me

Just chilling on the balcony and having a smoke while he has drunken fits trying to breathe in the kitchen

Tell me your medical problems guys, never been much of a poster but love coming here for porn and when I'm bored.

I have chronic diarrhea that seems to point towards liver, bile duct or pancreas problems, I drink heavily and I know they’re probably just going to tell me to stop, I won’t anyway so why bother.

I feel the same but do you think we'd be able to convince the doctors to give advice on how to be healthier but keep up our horrible habits?

Snore pretty bad. It's gotten worse as I've aged and put on weight. Wife tells me I often stop breathing during the night and gasp for breath (I sleep through this apparently). Classic sleep apnea. It's probably being doing damage to my heart for years... One of my goals this year is to get a sleep study done and get cpap if necessary (almost undoubtedly). Difficulty, I live in a non-English speaking country and don't speak the local lingo that well. Wife does, but she's too lazy to be much help.

>go to bed one night, wake up at midnight with discomfort in torso
>feels like gas or shit, but can't pass either
>stay up until 4am, pain is growing worse and worse until I can barely breathe
>call Uber to hospital because cheaper and less hassle than ambulance
>get to hospital, pain is the worst I've ever felt in my life and I've had broken bones
>have a feeling it has something to do with my heart due to family history, do ECG
>everything looks normal, they move to ultrasound
>nurse doing ultrasound doesn't look optimistic
>go to waiting area for results, end up actually passing out from the pain
>wake up a couple hours later, doctor tells me I just passed one of the biggest gall stones he's ever seen
>they were going to bring me to the operating room to remove it if I stayed unconscious any longer
>pain is gone, book appointment with surgeon
>see surgeon a week later, she's only just graduated medical school and her name isn't even on the office door
>fuck that, never go back
>watch diet ever since, but more stones could develop at any time
>if another one gets stuck in the ducts, it could rupture and kill me, but if I feel the pain again I could just have emergency surgery as it would probably take a long time to rupture
>live in fear every day

This all happened in February 2019, almost a year ago. I'm probably retarded for not doing anything about it, but there's a chance it was a one time thing because I was eating like shit back then. Now, I watch my diet very closely.

Man I seriously feel for you, nothing is stopping me from actually going but your wife won't help you fix what is probably Dangerous and also interuppting her sleep as well.
Hey man it sounds like you got it handled, I gotta say though, just relax about it, keep up the diet and so long as you do everything you can and stay aware of any pain, your body will be stressed and more likely to make mistakes like gall stones if you obsess over it, also please share advice on avoiding gall stones because I never want any man seriously

Hopefully I won't experience it again. I'm not kidding when I say the pain was making me delirious. Gall stones occur when there's too much cholesterol in your bile, so eating things like fried foods, pizza, high-fat foods, all could lead to stone development. Gall bladder problems ALSO runs in my family, so I'm more prone to get them, so there's a genetic factor involved too. Just eat healthy and you likely will never have them. Doesn't hurt too that I've lost 25 pounds just from cleaning up my diet.

>be me 21 yo
>be canoeing
>fall of the canoe into the wild water
>almost die
>under the water for 3ish minutes, lungs full of water
>my head and my right knee got hit by a boulder, I almost can't walk
>everybody concerned 'bout the not walking thing, including me
>noone cares so much about the head
>knee healed in the next few months, to like 3/4 of its original condition

>ffd a year
>see a friend who studies to be a psychologist
>"user, you're different. Has something traumatic happened to you?"
>tell her 'bout my shitty love life
>"No, not that. I mean, did you hurt your head? It shows. You should maybe visit a doctor."
>yeah, right.
>everybody wants to go to a shrink...

>ffd another ten years
meanwhile, I finished my studies, started working and got a fiancée
>fiancée leaves me god knows why
>she's been acting strangely
>and claims I have been
>I try to drown my sorrows in booze
>doesn't really work
'round this time, I start browsing /b
>I start to get hallucinations, blackouts, lose time on a daily basis
>"must be from the booze"
>I tune it down a lot
>still the same, maybe worse
>"Ok, I should get help."
>after a three months gather the courage to see a psychiatrist
>suppose it might be the PTSD from being left by fiancée or maybe depression, b/c of my life being nothing but pain for the last six months
>she talks to me and examins me for two hours straight
>then she gives me some pills
>I read the description
>they're for schizophrenia
>mfw

My wisdom teeth are partially impacted and rotting incredibly fast from the rampant alcoholism. I've been trying to overcompensate with vitamin C and brushing and flossing the shit out of them but I can't even fit floss in between my back teeth anymore. If I do it tears the floss.

Dunno
It varies doctor to doctor, it probably gets better if you can afford a good doctor

I have a tooth that’s hollowed out further down than the gum line, it doesn’t hurt or smell though

Pretty sure I have piles and have done for years.
Nothing is hanging out of my ass, just itchy af.

It's embarrassing so I don't wanna visit the doctor.

Took a couple of risky dives with some random sluts. I think I might have gotten something from them. I've been held up with appointments because of the holidays and people already scheduled in advance. I still hang around my family and friends so I guard drinks and make sure not to pass anything that I might be able to. It's cold season so a couple of them are coughing. I would feel like a dick if they went to go get checked out and had an STI because most of them are married or in good relationships.

pinworms, go to a doctor they literally fix it with a pill.

Read into "Low fodmap diet". I had similar issues but feel much better on this. Also, drink liquor and not beer.

Liquor gives me ulcers and makes my stomach hurt though

I told my doctor I'm on the brink of suicide, the thoughts just keep coming every few seconds and I am always firguring out ways to painlessly get myself killed. She brought in a poster of a little girl frowning with a 1-800 phone number at the bottom, and told me to take a picture of it with my phone.

Guess you need to cut back on the booze then, loser

I take a while to shit. Like over ten minutes. A couple times it's come out kinda pale.
I also have weird dried skin behind my ears.

I eat a shitload of unhealthy foods then, so I might be fucked but I have no history in family so hopefully I can change.
This is what makes me think I have to go sometime soon, you going to be okay man?

Man one of my wisdom teeth came out on an angle and cuts into my mouth but I've been too poor to pay a dentist to rip them out

As a bit of a slut for big cock, I've always had doctors fingers in my ass to make sure I haven't done any damage because it's pretty important to be able to poop comfortably

Actually the same but I know what I have and honestly dude most STI's are easily treatable these days but can spread to and kill other organs if left alone

Ask them to check if you have a chemical imbalance in your brain, I know permanently depressed people who can't help it and are just sad.

>but I've been too poor to pay a dentist to rip them out
American?

I have sporadic erectile dysfunction past six months. Also I have been urinating more frequently. Also if my limbs have been falling asleep super easily lately. Like I'll just have my elbow been and boom whole arm asleep

Bipolar, unmedicated, haven't told my doctor how bad it's gotten

Nothing big. I have a bone spur on my left heel. Got it from running the treadmill. Had pains for over a year. Can’t walk down the stairs properly in the morning. Heard that the treatment is a pneumatic hammer right to the fucking heel. I ain’t doing that shit.

Im kinda chubby.

Do they give you anesthesia?

Erectile disfunction
I can barely keep it up even with 100mg viagra, I'm 30.

No idea what the fuck is going on, it's not psychological, libido is there. Dick is asleep.

No. It is supposedly extremely painful.

Jesus Christ why don't they at least give you local anesthesia?

Got Zona in may last year.

It doesn't hurt, so I haven't cared, but there is still some stuck under my skin. Guess it didn't get all out before the skin "closed" itself.

Been coughing up weird stuff ever since. Very thick and brown in the morning. With blood too.

I could get checked, but as long I don't suffer I can't really care. We're but flesh and all perish anyway.

WebMD says the first line treatment isn't surgical

*Doesnt hurt anymore, I should say. That week it was hurting like never before. I've broken plenty of limbs and bled and opened my skin in many different injuries, but nothing so far made me suffer like I suffered that week.

Lots of pain can be ignored, but this one I couldn't

Probably just to save resources. Deemed to be within tolerable pain levels. But from what I’ve heard, “tolerable” is stretching it in this case.

The first line is to just rest and let it heal by itself if possible. Otherwise you need to break up the spur.

To be clear, they don’t cut up the heel, they just smash it from the outside.

I've had a cough that carried on since a cold back in May or June.
Didn't go to the doctor. Now I'm getting chest pains.
What if it's cancer?

Might be walking man pneumonia or just some bacterial stuff lingering on.

Lung cancer don't show sign until it's too late. And by then you'll know.

Nah
