I tried using PoF with zero success before moving on to tinder and okc and bumble with great success. PoF is treated like Facebook, has a much higher instance of fake profiles and bots, scammers wanting gift cards, or people just wanting to pad their Instagram subcriber number. Women are much more likely to match with you, but there is almost zero chance they will go on a date. They want a soapbox to bitch about players

Have at least 3 pics. One dressy or at work, one at a bar with friends or just people, one doing a sport or something outside that shows you aren't a disgusting fat body. If you match, flirt but never be sexual. Move to phone number after two or three days or it'll never happen.

It really don't matter, hi is enough, they 100% just look at photos. Don't look fat lonely creepy or broke in your photos and you will get matches.
