At the height of my addiction I was
- 100lbs overweight
- prehypertension
- prediabetes
- consuming around 1000g of sugar a day (that's about 2.5lbs)
- lying to my wife and spending a sizeable portion of my money on cookies, cakes, doughnuts, brownies, and icing
- would eat an entire grocery store Betty Crocker tub of icing a day
- could eat an entire half gallon of blue Bell ice cream with a full sized cake daily
- hoarded sweets and stole food from my workplace
