You're very young yet. Focus on your physical and mental health. Go to school for a career that actually can guarantee work, such as a trade or an active branch of the government. Read things that improve your mind. Plan quality time with people who encourage you and who want to grow. Cut out all the fake friends and toxic "family". If they treat you like shit and don't make you happy, they have no place in your life. Think of the best ways you can help people and do it. Don't post about it or take pictures, just do it. It took years of dedicating myself to people who didn't give back, dealing with illness and a couple enlightening trips to understand and believe this. I'm jealous that you're 16 and worried.
