What's the procedure for requesting copies from the patent office, do you know? Might be (slightly) entertaining to have an API for that sort of thing, definitely wouldn't do to have it done by hand.

these include the diagram, blueprints, and schematics pertaining.
it wasnt much work to find the patent list, but holy shit i do not envy whoever has to comb through it

but i think you DO need the patent agreements from whomever the license-holder to "advertise" their invention.
i like the concept a lot my dude. But review your plan in your head and ask yourself... "HOW LIKELY will i catch unfathomable lawsuits if i have a list-search bot that goes through the US patent list and then links to a hosting site without consent of the patent holder?"
You'd need a legal team for that alone
