if this smells like shit/cheese/ass then it was an infection and you cleared out puss. you should clean it with the strongest alcohol you can and then put clean bandaging on it. the inside out part of it will fall off eventually. change bandages every 3-6 hours at first, then 12-24 (at least every time you shower)
