In a realistic scenario could a country with a shitty army like the Netherlands, Czech republic or Austria take on the 3rd Reich at their prime?
No nukes allowed let's say one of these countries has 40k men with experience and another 100k reservists against the whole army of the Reich but also think of newer vehicles, technology and weaponry

You would have guaranteed air superiority so if you could hold them off long enough to get your planes up you might stand a chance. The numbers would probably overwhelm you though.

only reason why Ukraine can not win against separatists is because separatists are Ukrainian, and they are the best fighters which make stalemate between army and separatists.
Ukrainian Army = Ukrainian Separatists > German troops
Not saying I disagree only 3 actually "powerful" armies are France UK and after those 2 Germany which still lacks alot from being actually powerful. Russia is the most powerful if you count them as European too even tho they are politically on the other side.
But my whole point is would like the statistics that I listed win from the 3rd Reich imagine F-16's and F-35's against the old German luftwaffen but also count in the quantity of both sides.
Hmm well I thought maybe nazi Germany could win on the ground since they have more people, working weapons even tho they suck compared to modern weapons but they would lose really bad at air battles.
(keep in mind the countries I listed don't have alot or even any tanks)

Ukraine has a lot of reliable Soviet cold war weapons which can fuel war and unlike current nations in the west we are already grinding combat exp in Donbass.
Army with more patriotism would fight harder than Netherlands or Austria. The army would just roll over like they did in WW2

But your economy couldn't handle an invasion you are losing alot of money in the east already cause the separatists took over. Another attack in the west from a Nazi army? would be too much I think.

It is only soldiers so not sure how they would fight. I think as long as they can keep up. Not sure about the ukranian army but didn't they retreat after losing the airport for example and other places that doesn't show a patriotism

Communists and Nationalist Chinese united against Japan in WW2, Ukraine could also do the same.
Austria and the Netherlands are so small that they would fall to German quantity over their quality, Ukraine is much bigger so they could handle German numbers and dwindle them away as they slowly retreat south through guerrilla and urban warfare.
If worse comes to worse, they can just hole up in Crimea and blow the Germans to smithereens with their air force and artillery. (also keep naval superiority if they still have their navy?)
Other nations would not have a place to isolate themselves and slowly fatigue the Germans, while Ukraine does.
Economy wise, Ukraine can just take out a loan like other nations did in WW2.

Czech, at the time, had a large military. They probably could have held a solid defense. They weren't backed by the other European powers when Hitler came knocking for the Sudetenland though. They got surrounded and shit on.
The only cunt that could have held off the Reich for any length of time was Poland, who really weren't doing badly at all until Russia gangbanged them from behind.

The sheer volume of the Nazis' Air Force would overwhelm the air defense of a smaller modern European state and allow them to carpet bomb military installations.
Then on the ground the Nazis would still have an overwhelming numbers advantage with equipment that, while inferior, is not incapable of doing damage to modern armies.
Ironically, Nazi Germany would win against a modern European state for the same reasons the Soviets beat the Nazis.

Modern communication alone (including GPS) would tilt the odds heavily enough, but modern missile and vehicle technology would mean the Reich would be defeated in days or possibly hours.

One modern airforce base or battleship could defeat the entire Reich in a very short time.
