it was a niche market but I had it cornered solid. it came down to partners. one was to rich and didn't care until it was to late. the other was my right hand man, became an alcoholic coke head. started stealing and just fucking up hideously bad.
its okay though im still young, just sucked letting my loyal employees go, and having to testify against my alcoholic partner. This is will soon pass, when your young and have no money you have to take a risk on partners.

I worked in alcohol for years and can't imagine how you could compete with the big retailers...other than:
Delivering after hours
Rare supply
You could just sell yamazaki and premium wagyu, not a bad model.
