Herpes
HIV/Aids
Everything else is suspect cause symptoms are variable and can sometimes not even be there. You would probably want to see a doctor or dermatologist if you start getting bugged by it. Though you should legit just go get tested/seen by a doctor to help with any anxiety about it. More than likely not a big deal. My BEST guess would be fungus which is curable with OTC cream or a script your doc can write you.
