I've been all over Latin America and honestly there is no whiter place on the face of earth than South Brazil.
To give you an example, I've been to Northern Europe too, and Tampere and Jyväskylä look like Mecca or Punjab compared to your average white and Germanic/Italic/Scandinavic/Celtic/Frankis/Gaulish/Slavic/Normandish city in the South of Brazil.
