No, I'm white but I have pretty exotic features, fairly big lips, heavy lidded blue eyes, and most importantly blonde curly/wavy hair. Black women are obsessed with me, especially my hair as it gets sun bleached and I rarely wash it to keep natural oils. It's helpful when dealing with low level bureaucracy, I've never acted on it though
