No. the judge appointed to Trump's case is Gonzalo Curiel, he is a member of a Mexican Nationalist Activist group which ACTIVELY ENCOURAGED illegall immigration and even passes out pamphlets in Mexico to illegalls wishing to illegally immigrate. This is an obvious conflict of interest and out of respect for the integrity of law the judge should have passed the case off immediately.
