90% of the time michael is in the wrong

Michael. Forced activity in meetings and seminars are the worst things imaginable.

Their old boss, Ed Truck. Stanley and Michael worked together for years and even Stanley didn't think Michael deserved the promotion to manager.

This wasn't the first time Stanley lashes out either, and Michael never reprimands him.

Ed promoted the wrong person.

You should respect the person speaking even if it is a waste of time.

Stanley deserved to be written up.

Do we need an office prequel trilogy lads??

And the person speaking equally has to respect the person's wishes if they say they don't want to participate.

>Stanley deserved to be written up.
So that he could have a talk with Toby who is sitting right behind him anyway? Ooooh. That's real scary.

Nah, Michael isn't a good leader, but he knew how to run the business successfully. His branch constantly outperformed other branches.

>Michael's branch was the most successful branch at Dunder Mifflin
>He cared about all his employees greatly
>Great salesman who imparted his skills to Dwight and Jim

Michael was a great boss, and the point of The Office was that Bosses who appear more professional on paper often are incompetent employees. Case in point Idris Elba's asshole character and Andy fucking sucked at being The Boss.

Not by anything he did. They simply had better salespeople than the other branches.

>Great salesman who imparted his skills to Dwight and Jim
Completely irrelevant to an administrative position.

That had to do with the employees. It has to suck to have a boss continually distracting you when you're trying to get your work done

>S02E07 " Actually, they just don't get very much work done when I'm not here. [Jan stares at Michael] That's not true. I know how to delegate, and they do more work done when I'm not here. Not more. The same amount of work is done, whether I am here or not. [another Jan stare]"

Stanley also cheated on his wife.

So he was immediately fired right? Americans don't actually allow black people to challenge like that do they?

Stanley is a fucking uppity balding obese nigger and should be hanged

Just curious but where are you from?

That makes him a boss, therefore even more qualified for the position.

He's hands down my least faverite. He could be gone entirely and I doubt I'd notice. Stanlys such a fucking ass.
I'd like to work to Michael, he seems to genuinely care for them like family even though ,really, none of them deserve it.
Somtimes the office just makes me sad.

nah he probably has tenure or something like that

This. He embodies pretty much everything I hate about black people
>smug

>lazy
>obese
>gIves zero fucks about women
>chimps out the second he's more than mildly annoyed

Imagine how bad it would be to be typecasted as the retard forever, like Michael is

But did Stanley ever actually do work? Been a while since I watched the show. Was he a salesman?

At least he gets roles at all unlike the rest of the cast.

The guy who played Jim seems to be doing okay.

Michael is a comedian, he played dumb people before The Office too

I noticed that. I havnt seen anything he's in but friend of mine saw him in somthing recently and said he was pretty much just Jim, but what he would be like after work.
She said it was good though. I forget what it was..the one where he's married and gonna have a baby.

didnt he do that Sniper movie, Americans seemed to like that one

He did, maybe it's just that his clients were bigger than than the rest so he didn't have to constantly be cold calling.

But remember, he pays to send his daughter to private catholic school and still has money to have affairs looking the way he does. Can't find Stanleys age, but if it's the same as the actor, that would mean he was 55 when he retired. I bet he makes a lot on commission.

You know he is in movies and shit, right?
Steve is an amazing actor and the most likeable guy in Hollywood apprantly. I saw an interview with I think Seth Rogan and he said Steve is hands down the sweetest guy and the easiest he's ever worked with.he said Steve is like a dad who walks around all day making sure your ok. Also, pretty much everything he does on 40yr old virgin is improv.

>would mean he was 55 when he retired
you gotta be shitting me, he looked a decade older

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Carell

lol

I don't think so, he always looked like he was in his 50s the entire show.

Good luck finding a tree to accommodate that fatass

>And the person speaking equally has to respect the person's wishes if they say they don't want to participate.
As his manager Michael has authority to make Stanley do whatever he likes. And even then Stanley doesn't have the right to yell at Michael in front of his subordinates

Michael is a doofus, nobody can deny that, but that doesn't make it ok for Stanley to blow up like that

? he's a fucking office manager, not a military general bossing around a grunt

Of course, Stanley.

youtube.com/watch?v=gIiMt9GgyDY

And it's a team building exercise, not staging a coup. Stanley can suck it up because he gets paid to suck it up.

> he seems to genuinely care for them like family even though ,really, none of them deserve it.

That is because he is a sad lonely man who doesn't have a life outside his job. I'm assuming the same can be said about you, probably minus the job.

you seriously never had a job where your boss made you do shit you didn't want to do and your only options are do the shit or find a new job?

Blacks don't crack as they say

Can't just fire someone because they don't want to lick your ass

Somone needs a hug. Why are you even upset by that, sounds like you're the one with no life or family.

Michael. A boss should never get himself in a situation an employee can tell him off or question his authority in front of everyone. He was a doormat in the office when you are supposed to respect your boss. Stanley disrespected him because he knew Michael would allow it. No way he would talk like this to Idris Elba or David Wallace.

Wow thanks, a wiki no one needed posted because you can just google the motherfucker.

HIS FILMOGRAPHY IS SHIT

I don't see what you are trying to do here, user. You just prove my point that he's great.
It says he writes, produces, acts and directs so I'm seriously confused as to what you wanted me to see.

Oh I see, you just threw a link up and excepted people to
1-know wtf you wanted them to read
2-care
I get it.

Stanley looks like Gollum and horrible for his age tho

You sir do not work in the porn business.

I urge you to look up the employment-at-will doctrine

Obviously Stanley
Michael even gets Stanley to admit he is in the wrong, because even if he doesn't like or respect Miachael, he is still his boss
Toby even advises firing him for insubordination, so Michael was the moderate one

a good manager doesn't fire people, he hires them

What did he mean by that?
Seriously, what is he supposed to mean by saying "Did I stutter?".

The reason the Scranton branch was so ahead is because Michael inadvertently forced several of the Stamford staff into quitting while keeping all of their clients for his own branch. The rest was just Dwight being top salesman and indirectly motivating the other sales staff with the high standard he set

According to Andy in Season 8, Stanley has the most consistent sales record of all the sales staff.

He had a role in "13 hours".
Other than that one I've only seen him in a movie where he's a reporter in Alaska and The Office.

>Who was in the wrong here?

Obviously Stanley.

yeah i was thinking about Bradley Cooper, dont know why, i just thought he had been in some war movie

michael was pretending he didn't know what stanley had said, to give stanley an opportunity to take it back, but stanley, not wanting to take it back, called michael out on his pretense by sarcastically asking if his comment was made somehow unintelligible by a possible speech impediment he wasn't aware of

basically

>Fuck you, nigga.
>What did you say?
>You heard me, bitch.

>Was he a salesman?
iirc everyone but Angela, Oscar, Kevin and Pam were in sales

kelly, ryan, meredith, toby, holly, creed, darryl and the warehouse, michael

all also not sales

i stand corrected, what exactly did Creed and Meredith do

I forgot creed is quality control.
He is also the devil.
How old do you guys think creed is? He eludes he used to burn witches, so he was alive for the Salem witch trials.

Creed is quality control
Meredith WHERE ARE YOUR PANTIES

the lazy nigger not doing his job, obviously

and we had such a good thread

And inspires them

Creed is ageless, he has been here since the dawn of man, and will be here when we are but dust.

How ever old Creed is in real life, in a deleted cut away, he talks about being in the grassroots

No human being would actually talk themselves into this situation unless they were actually autistic. Why it the US version of the Office with a ridiculous clown outfit?

Not even a deleted scene, in the last episode Finale, dwight mentions he was in the band the Grass Roots in the 60s. (Which IRL Creed actually was)

I knew the butthurt brit with no sense of humor would show up and get jealous.

you're a special kind of idiot

Not very nice

Creed was quabity aushwitz
Meredith was supplier relations and steak coupons

>smug

>chimps out the second he's more than mildly annoyed
Most Americans in general, especially in the Northeast.

Before you say, "Fuck you eurofag", I'm an American. Born in Cambridge Massachusetts. Now, go back to your containment board, Sup Forums.

Wow thanks for breaking down a post no one cared about into parts that no one cares about, that makes a wall of text no one cares about then tell us what shitty country your from, that no one cares about.

>autistic
you

>yukyuk I'm from cambridge
Wow so cool give this dude a medal wooooww when will your story be out on bluray?

You still gave him a (you).

I was born in Somerville and lived my childhood life in Cambridge.

Go Celtics, bro!

>creed burned witches
>creed doesn't know what a text is
>creed was in a band in the 60s
What other times has creed shown his age?? He kinda terrifies me.

>sportsball teams
you tool

irregardless of how bad micheal was you cannot act that way towards a superior, he should have been fired

Blindly following superiors orders? This is how nazis happened.

>stop liking what I don't like
Grow up

Stanley is /ourguy/
youtube.com/watch?v=H2SL83k3IFk

Blindly following superiors orders? This is how pure retardation happens.

Blindly following superiors orders? This is how you become a cuck.

>stop disliking what I like

It cuts both ways and always has. You're a moron for repeating this ancient ass meme like it means something. Probably why you find entertainment in a ball being tossed around.

Go home kid.

What did he mean by this?

How about you get the fuck off Sup Forums and go hang out with your fantasy football normie friends on ESPN instead. You don't belong here

>irregardless

Subtle.

Well, at least I have friends and stay active, you fat bitch. Lol.

Hillary voter detected

That kind of mentality is the opposite a Trump voter would think that way

Top kek I forgot about that

...

>he doesn't understand the The Office is The Peter Principle: The TV Show.

>uses pol lingo
>says to go to 'your containment board'
Wtf dude. Get off the internet.

He didn't use "pol lingo" unless you were literally raised by that board
