Movie started off with some cringey jokes (joking about putting a turd in Chris Pratt's bed wat).

It wasnt that action packed. Middle of the movie was slow with dialogue. The visual effects were very impressive though in parts.

The plot twist was unexpected and the finale had emotion to it but of course, during the emotional scene there had to be quips...

There are way better sci fi movies out there than this one. Average at best. There was though good themes about family and forgiving people.

Groot wasnt really a main character. He got about 15 - 20 minutes screen time so if you want to go and see this mainly for him, you will be disappointed I guess.

I found way more enjoyment in Scarjo's Ghost in the Shell than I did in this.

>The plot twist was unexpected
Star lords dad is bad and he dies you mean?

Well I wasnt expecting him to be a greedy god and wreck havoc so yeah

Stan Lee gets a cameo as always by speaking to randoms on some moon planet about his stories. They get bored and walk away

>The plot twist was unexpected

No it wasn't. What was unexpected was that;

They set up Ego as only being able to leave his planet for short times, and they set up Ego as using past children to the point of death, so it seemed like Ego was going to use Peter to power the home planet (trapping him there) so he could leave and go be a big super villain in the universe - it would be keeping in with his rakish persona and peter's. Instead it's some retarded fucking Magic Goo universe taking over horticulture shit just so they can say "dude we save the Galaxy AGAIN

Just got back. Meh/10 worth a torrent when a decent rip comes out but nothing to be impressed of to be honest. This is a comedy film and the humour felt flat more times than not but decent visuals. No plot at all though

>They get bored and walk away

Apparently that was the FIFTH credits spoiler. I left after the second one (Yondu's 2ic throat spearing Drax)

I liked the Howard The Duck cameo. Hope Marvel gives Howard and Swamp Thing a series.

Also Stallone's cameo...What a waste of fucking time.

Also the Gold People - Literally just there to set up a villain for part 3, in the post credits scene, and to make the screen more messy and confusing during the final battle.

Pretty much this, and I liked it.

Even Gold Class didn't make it worth seeing in the cinema.

>Also Stallone's cameo
I like Stallone but he was terrible in this

>The Guardians stole some batteries
>2 sisters fight
>My dad is a god and now he wants to kill everything
Pretty much the whole movie. What a louzy plot for a Hollywood movie

So a God who has lived for so long wants to kill everything so he can be the only one in the universe and make copies of himself...

Not even psychopaths think like this

Marvel doesn't own Swamp Thing...you mean Man-Thing? Unfortunately I think some piece of shit Man-Thing movie was made at some point by another studio, so it's probably another character they don't have.

The movie felt like it would have worked better as some R Rated porno. Make it like Deadpool.

I do gotta say, I loved the snow cyberpunk city near the beginning. I wanted to see more of that place

I mean, they had dancing aliens at some pub. Just make them strip and show some fucking and nudity... something to keep my interest than the bore fest this was

Tell me about Pac Man

Tell me how it made you FEEL

WHY DOES PRATT FEEL SO WOODEN?

I want to like him but he just feels so plain when he acts.

Yeah he is very handsome but does he have charisma? Sadly not

Was I supposed to laugh at a Pac Man moving towards Kurt Russel?

I was waiting for them to make a reference to The Thing and am angry they didnt

>tfw this user went to the same cinema I did

>Movie started off with some cringey jokes (joking about putting a turd in Chris Pratt's bed wat).

How can DCucks even compete?

It was pretty much 2 hours of DRAX IS FUNNY LOL GUISE LOOK HOW FUNNY DRAX IS

>"HAHA I CAN MAKE SOME REALLY BIG TURDS".
Actually dialogue from the movie no joke
