Thankfully the different people's are mostly confined to their own areas in the country (apart from the largest cities) so it's not that much of a problem, and they're not trying to force everyone to assimilate to some "liberal utopia" unlike in the West. But rather have everyone keep their own cultures and value systems as long as they don't openly disobey the government on important issues.
