Why was what he did ok when Bush was in power, but not ok now? It feels cheap now for some reason. I guess the lack of a major and unnecessary war, worse economic conditions (which helped Trump a lot understandably), and the craziness of some left-wing types when it comes to identity politics. These things together make his heavy bias against the right seem a little bit less justified, maybe, and more like just fueling polarisation.

Have you heard Letterman talk at all about Trump? Did you see any of Trump's appearances on The Late Show while Letterman hosted? Letterman fucking hates the guy and can't stand that he's president. I fucking loved Conan back in the day, but he's fucking washed up. He hasn't been the same since he lost The Tonight Show. The only good stuff he's done on TBS is the Conan Abroad shows. He should've gone to Fox. Instead, he went to TBS and got worse ratings than The Daily Show for years (until Stewart left).
