They should not be freaking out because this could solve some of the real financial and economic issues this country faces by getting a the majority of the single mothers off of welfare, and it would create more early childhood facilities inside of the workplace ultimately. Then there is the discussion of him creating more options like expanding head-start style programs with longer hours that operate as a non profit with extended hours for women without the option of onsite child care facilities.
If these women have the option of taking kids with them to work to an onsite facility then the hope is that it will crush the welfare mentality along with creating more early childhood education jobs.

This is how a functional society should be. In America, it was attainable and even the norm up until about 20 years ago. You hear a lot about small businesses (it's almost a meme at this point) but it's actually true. Owning a business is arguably the best way to provide a decent life for a traditional family. You couple this with the fact that society has become so sensitive and politically correct that business owners are now being attacked and sued for refusing to bake a cake and it becomes not only a financial risk, but now also an emotional and physical risk.
