You police downforce (and overall aerodynamic effectiveness) by limiting scope for aerodynamic devices, like IndyCar was completely fucking incapable of doing in 2015.
Just to hammer the point home, HPD's disgusting car made of wings from 2015 made like a bajillion downforces on CFD but was an undrivable turd in real life.
