Another thing are the cliques. I went to a fairly large school and the only clique that ever formed where a gang of potheads.

We definitely have cliques, but the popularity/prestige thing is pure fantasy.

If you are sperger, you hang around other spergs. If you are chad, you hang around chads. Wiggers hang around wiggers, Stacies around stacies, ect. However the divisions are fluid as opposed to static, and you can expect most people to be a healthy mix of archetypes as opposed to a stereotype.

There were for sure cliques. The popular kids were usually on the sports teams, and for girls your popularity was based around looks. This was back like 2004 - 2009 but you had the jocks/preps (rich kids), you had skaters/punk rock types that were usually potheads, the nerds were split into 2 categories. Nerds that were actually smart, and nerds that were just WoW type dorks that didn't fit in.

It's accurate if you're a normie, but only because retarded kids started emulating the shit they watched on disney.
If you're a sperg, it's completely different, you're sorta kicked out of that entire thing and forced to fend for yourself (at least, I'm a spic so I didn't do to a school with many autists like myself).
