I'm completely incapable of enjoying Supernatural. I had an ex who was into it, and the ex thing doesn't bother me but she showed me what the SPN fandom was like. She participated in everything (there are photos of me in costumes for her GISHWHES entries) and I realized that nearly every woman who watches this show is an obsessive gay shipper who thinks that TV is real life.

Yeah I noticed the same thing with a chick I almost had a thing with only she was worse cause she was into Dr.Who and shit too. I mean supernatural isn't too bad just mostly tweeny but damn the fandom is just disturbing

I watch it sometimes with a girl who I know used to read gay fanfiction and imagine getting double teamed by Sam and Dean, but I think she got over it.

I really liked it initially, when you had standalone investigations and a little fight at the end. It went downhill after they opened the gates to hell and the plot just turned into this massive mess that lost all its charm.

It's like a charity type thing where you team up with people and do weird shit to get a prize

honestly they start the seasons off strong and then blow it out the ass towards the end. They should've ended it after dean is a demon and have the whole brits make America safe thing the end

Devil baby is still around, brits seem good then are actually bad, devil is still hanging around. Basically just the writers trying to keep a bunch of subplots in so they can keep the show going

one example is that there used to be a board where mostly men discussed anna / elsa. supernatural just has an above average amount of gay shipping because it's a small main cast with very little romance.
