If lots of hairy brown men went around Rio shooting at random people and wrecking shit, how would you know it was a terrorist attack? It would be the same as any other day in Brazil.

Austria or Belgium would be obvious targets. The Austrian election re-run is coming up and an attack would get a lot of attention. Belgium is essentially a proxy for the EU as a whole but it also produces per capita the most ISIS fighters, so lots of butthurt Belgian sand niggers might relish the chance to strike back at the white oppressor.

Britain would also be an obvious target but would be harder to hit because we're not part of Schengen and we have a much stronger security apparatus.

Italy is a slight possibility because it would just be so fucking easy due to their incompetent security services. But Italy is not really an important country for ISIS since it's not an active participant in Syria.

France is quite likely. The Muslims are already entrenched and terrorists have massive support networks in regions where the police and security services can't go. Plus, when you think about, France has been their main target before now and why would they change a winning formula?
