Can I get some recommendations on good mindless action movies? I would like to emphasize the GOOD more than the MINDLESS. I don't want some shitty "self-aware" action movie that falls short of action and fun.

Red is not GOOD. It is a circlejerk of washed up actors. The action is shit.
