Why do people talk about the Constitution like it means anything today? If we followed the Constitution, there would be no:

>welfare
>federal tax
>federal schooling mandates
>99.999% of federal shit that goes on (EPA, FCC, etc.)
>New Deal
>SS tax, medicare(aid), etc.
>central bank

SCOTUS judges aren't impartial. They're political appointments ffs. The liberal ones rule by their political beliefs, not to "uphold the Constitution" as they're supposed to. We are so far from what the Founders intended. They'd be rolling in their graves like 2 seconds after they passed away, let alone 200 years later.

>Obviously, the Constitution doesn't matter then

SHALL

Sounds like paradise.

I cant figure out if you are trying to defend it or burn it.

>we can +pick and choose what parts of the constitution we shall follow religiously and what parts don't

>edgy

conservatives are punks and don't understand the Anti-Federalists were right about everything.

I think you misread my post. I'm saying it should NOT be infringed upon, but it has been for the past 200 years+. So why do people act like it makes a difference on 99% of the shit.

I agree.

Well, I'm defending what it stands for. But obviously it hasn't prevented any of the shit I listed in OP. So why are we supposed to act like it's so fucking great when it's been trampled to hell and back the past 200 years?

Please explain. I'm not a historian.

How is that edgy? If we didn't have to have federal income, SS tax, or FUTA, my wages would increase by close to 50%.

>is ancap
>thisks it's not a edgy >muh feels thing

EU is what a non federalist USA would look like

Stop reminding me how great we could be

Can you please explain YOUR position and stop greentexting what you think others' are?

you forgot no non whites.

This.

The america today is not what George and the gang wanted.

>my position on internal USA politics

I want you guys to keep your >muh guns

It's great to have a couple of laughs, and it's entertaining. That is also why i want Trump to win, that guy would fill media with funny stories

I saw a burning BOR so I actually didn't read the post.
My bad.
And yeah, Constituion has been spit on so many times it's a piece of literal shit. The fact that so many Americans pride themselves in the first place, ignorant to the fact we aren't even America anymore, truly astounds me.
I feel with the age of the Internet coming to be and the age of Anxiety happening alongside it, we will see a return to more simple roots.

>I feel with the age of the Internet coming to be and the age of Anxiety happening alongside it, we will see a return to more simple roots.
This is literally what muslims believe.

Americans are so similar to muslims it is funny

I don't mean your view on US politics, specifically. I mean what form of government do you believe in?

>This is literally what muslims believe.
Did you ever think maybe it's for different reasons you stupid memeing fuck?
Or do you not care?
You are here to flaunt your supposed intelligence and ego, although you can only compose argument in greentext, probably because you're a fucking braindead robot scum fuck.

>I mean what form of government do you believe in?
I am a nationalist. That is pretty much how far my political ideologies go. I prefer to call myself a pratical.

Ok, I did a little reading. Fed Income Tax is in the Constitution, 16th amendment. Social Security was enacted in 1935 by FDR and Welfare was also FDR's doing.

Exactly

>he is mad

>it's for different reasons
Do explain this more, then. I think the reason was well explicit here:

>we will see a return to more simple roots.

wich is what muslims want

>more simple roots
Do you even see the difference in those roots?

You could say that global warming alarmists also want everyone return to more simple roots

Nat soc?

>muh joooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooos

HAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHA

Better then skin colour to spot a retard

In other words you don't have any beliefs and are only here for the memes.

>Nat soc?
No, i'm not autistic, nor was i bullied

You say all these things like it would be bad if they went away?

I don't understand.

Democracy is shit.

55% of Americans don't believe we have a right to keep and bear arms
73% of people don't believe in the Commerce Clause
73% don't believe in due process if you can be labeled as a terrorist

ap-gfkpoll.com/main/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/July-2016-AP-GfK-Poll-Posted-Topline_guns.pdf

Age of anxiety? You think we will go back to the constitution?

No, muslims want muslim roots, so religion simplicity (if such a thing even exists). American roots are literal simplicity. They want maximum freedom. Are you going to seriously argue me that Americans and Muslims want the same thing? Are you seriously serious?

>I'm mad
Real mad you sea-faring nigger

You consider yourself a practical and turn away from Pro-American policy.
I don't see how you don't see America is not the most pragmatic nation that has ever been created and up until the 19th century (save for the hell of a railway monopoly that happened during the Wild West.)

But, when I have a dude from Portugal who is tripfagging fnr, trying to convince me American pragmatism is the same as Muslim pragmatism it's cause for me to assume you don't know shit

>you don't have any beliefs
Like i said, im a nationalist. The rest i would think in pratical terms:

>What is the best thing to do now? Is it best to follow a capitalist approach now?

Can you understand me? I'm not trappped by ideological narrative, except in the nationalism part. There i am uncropomising

>a fucking pork chop

>I'm 12 and what is politics but haha these hitler maymays sure are dank

>No, muslims want muslim root
And americans want american roots, or their perception of what was american roots. Just what muslims want.

>You consider yourself a practical and turn away from Pro-American policy.

Where did i imply this?

The constitution is amendable guy. Youre supposed to learn all this in 8th grade.

The founders made it pliable yet hard to amend.

Congress passes laws and the supreme court interprets them when challenges arise.

Long story short, these things started with the best of intentions, but over time became the instruments our politicians use against us.

Yea, that was way after the founders died though. Another "rolling in their graves" moment.

You make a great case for murdering the government and every living employee that exists.

Bloody

Fucking

Murder

I don't. Read thread.

I want to hope. I think with the rising tide of inmasculinity (let's assume there is one), will cause the pendulum to swing the other way.
Women do not want to be in control, except for girls who are insecure and controlling (both are a form of anxiety). Men will eventually snap after they realize the woman of their life views them as spineless and weak. Men do not want to be weak. It repulses them. They would only be weak through love, as the case that is many times over, but love is becoming a very irate thing.
I would honestly argue all of the world's problem comes between the power struggle between men and women and trying to find an okay middle ground and being unable to between each other.
With all that being said, freedom is the only truth to reality. All men must be free or all men are enslaved, except by choice of enslavement. Men applies to all humans.
Men are not free. In fact, our whole society cages us. This either breaks the spirit or molds, but if you give a man a long chain, he will eventually sculpt themselves out.

On top of that, there is an anti-politician movement brewing. 2-3 generations have been lied to and are still alive. Some of those are actually starting to see that and those that were born into it, see it quite quickly. Reality is not as we were told. Reality is not as it should be.
The Constitution is practical, simple, and honestly an amazing base model for almost any civilization. If that is what our citizens want, and I think a lot of men do want that, it will not be long before those women become inspired by the men who stand up and take their side.
We will see the internet world and reality clash at one point, because I think they are two different realities or, at least, social spheres. During this time, I expect this pragmatic, simplistic overhaul to start to form, if it isn't already. It might not be a pivotal point, but there is a separation. It might a slow and gradual change. In fact, we might be a partofitrightno

SCOTUS is not impartial. It was easy to amend in 1913 on Christmas Day or whatever and I'd you paid off all the politicians, etc.

The constitution has many flaws. There were a lot of compromises the founders gave into when it was written.

Nah fuck your ego, I bet you smirk after each post I am not going to explain how American values and Muslim values are different

Guess what else was also created the same year congress passed the 16th amendment in 1913... the federal reserve. Just because an amendment was made doesn't mean it should have happened, the founders were trying to fight these very things.

Government positions should be assigned by random pick like jury duty.

The constitution is also not the full regulation instrument for the government. It's just the basics.

They made a lot of compromises because the states were wary of a large federal government. Fears of another monarchy rising, etc;

Concessions had to be made. see. Great Compromise*

Of course there will be flaws. Nothing is ever perfect.

The constitution is prohibition against the government not a granting of rights to its people.

The constitution has to be pliable or it would never work. If you want perfection, youll never get it.

f course there will be corruption. There are laws against it. Its still way better than any other system.

we sure as fuck didn't make bitcoin higher than a dollar with our feelings

You've got nothing.

Just because it's better than any other system today doesn't mean it's not shit or hasn't become shit. You could say "hey at least a vulture isn't eating me alive," and still be starving in the dessert.

All governments today are shit. I wouldn't use that comparison to say how great ours is.

>every nationalist is a hitlerabo

Hello Redit

>muh bitcoisn!!!

it don't matter so long as senate and congress just argue all day and don't pass anything new upon the populace. it's ok if the gov't doesn't do a damn thing, it gives the citizens more freedom to breathe.

was obamacare the only thing that changed in america while obama was president?

The Constitution is just a piece of paper.

People seem to expect it to jump up off the table and enforce itself.

All the Constitution was ever meant to be was a written declaration of war against overarching, encroaching Federal power.

You don't win a war by just declaring it, you still have to go and WAGE the fuckin' thing.

Most people just aren't taught that kind of thing in school, and their parents, most people's parents are well meaning, but extremely low-info people, and in past generations, you dropped out of society and shut yourself in against the world as soon as you had kids.

If anybody survives the coming civil war, make sure you never let anyone standardize education or standardize curriculum.

It's more important for everybody to think differently and get good at different things instead of judging every brain against one standard.

Man makes bricks. God makes rocks. Man makes boards, God makes trees.

We're not all supposed to think and look and act the same. It's not supposed to be, "You either dress like this imaginary guy, have a career like this imaginary guy, know what this imaginary guy knows, like what this imaginary guy likes, or else you're a worthless failure."

Instead you got 7 billion different humans all trying to be the same imaginary person? That's retarded beyond belief. That's like trying to cook by combining equal amounts of every ingredient.

That's not how fucking ingredients work.

>I'm a nationalist but I'd never be like one of hose e-evul natzees
wew lad, remind me which of us is reddit again

Here lad, you are a biot confused. Nationalism appearead in mid to late 19th century. Nazism only in 1923. Here, to help a american learn a little. I know your brainwashing machine is really powerfull, and nationalism is a forbidden word in there.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nationalism

>All the Constitution was ever meant to be was a written declaration of war against overarching, encroaching Federal power.
the constitution was written over a decade after the war ended you idiot. this isn't the same as the DoI

Federal income tax is literally a Constitutional Amendment retard.

>SS, welfare, medicare, banks, big gov
Oh look you just listed the 5 biggest problems with the US

Some of the Framers WANTED a central bank.

Other didn't. They won. But they never claimed a central bank was unconstitutional. They just blocked it in Congress.

Open a fucking book.

You moron. It's meant to be a living document and amended. Didn't you pay attention in social studies? Of course SCOTUS is appointed. It's part of checks and balances.

I want to slap you

Then it makes my point that the constitution is shit.
