I actually stopped thinking living with family is bad. I am happy that I spend time wtih them. My siblings come here, so i meet them and their kids etc. I am much closer with my family now, and I'm happy this happened. Like in old days, where familys stuck together.

Now I'm 30 years old, and my own private property is under construction, without any loans I could afford a place I can call my own, because while I was living with parents I could save much more money than in case I was living alone.
I think it's a myth that you need to get out of your parents nest ASAP. A myth created by mainstream economists who urge you to take loans, to boost economy. They don't like it when you save money, they want you to spend it fast and borrow more, this is the base of modern economy.

If you have nice and reasonably wealthy parents(so there is enough space) I think 20-25 is a good age if your uni/school is nearby.

It was realistic for them to move out in the late teens and buy a house in their mid-20s. It's very unrealistic for most people to be able to do that now.
