German blast ravaged the area. A tanned German died after carrying a bomb. 12 other people were wounded.
Syrian refugee tried to bomb a music festival, was turned down by security and instead sent to blow up a restaurant. Failed though, zero fatalities. ISIS seems to be confirmed
