ITT: 1 Your cunt 2 What do you think is one of the greatest cultural fears of your nation
For example, i think we can all agree that one of the greatest cultural fears of USA is that the states will split up and there will be no more union between them.
1. Norway 2. Majority immigrant cities/counties and the destruction of tradition to appease our afro-european «brothers»
Luke Wright
1. Russia 2. The greatest fear for nation is "become not glorious". The worst period in russian history is oftenly supposed to be "The Time of Troubles" in the beginning of XVII century, when Russia almost lost it's independence and was almost not a political subject.

That the increasing multiculturalism and progressivism of Canada will strip us of our identity and eventually turn us into America with high crime rates and a racially fractured society.
John Watson
>one of the greatest cultural fears of USA is that the states will split up and there will be no more union between them That sounds like what you think we should fear. We don't fear what won't happen. A common American cultural fear is that the government will become too powerful, and the states will lose their autonomy altogether.
Eli Wright
Not him, but there's absolutely no desire in the US to take any territory from Mexico. We already got what we want.
James Sullivan
pls, don't
Julian Perez
Well Baja would be nice, and controlling the mouth of the Colorado.
Samuel Sanchez
>the mouth of the Colorado. That doesn't exist anymore. The Colorado doesn't reach the Pacific anymore. We drink their milkshake. Remember, Mexican territory has Mexicans on it, with their cultural respect for the rule of law and all. Want more of that?
Charles Lee
I'm not saying you keep the Mexicans there, there is plenty of Mexico for them to go to. Also controlling the mouth of the Colorado might encourage people to stop raping it so much.
James Russell
You're correct, I never said it was a rational thing, but given our history I think it's understandable the US is something of a bogeyman, I'd go as far as to say it probably adds to a certain degree of subconcious anxiety regarding current relations between our countries.
Jace Garcia
Yeah, that's not going to happen
Well, we were working on trying to bring back some life to the delta but I don't think the current political environment will allow for that.
>I'd go as far as to say it probably adds to a certain degree of subconcious anxiety regarding current relations between our countries. I would agree, and I'd say the same about illegal immigration. It's not that big of an actual problem, but it can be used to get people all afraid of singe massive invasion of people whose very first action in this country is to disrespect its borders and break its laws. The response by the Mexican government (and often the people as well) of "what's the big deal? ur rayciss" is frustrating and doesn't help, either. I like Mexico, and I wish our countries got along better.

If there is a revolution backed by Iran do you think Ismailis in your country (Najran for example) will sign for it or not? What are the actual relations between them and pro-Iran shias (e.g. twelvers)? To me it never been clear honestly.
Brayden Myers
nah ... people tend to appreciate life more when not starving or under direct distress.
also, puritans got to them good ..
Jeremiah Wright
But I wonder how does the (wahhabi) regime treat them, ain't they oppressed etc. We know it is much against iranian version of shiism so they must be even more on fire about Ismailis since they're even more deviant (according to the wahhabies)
Levi Reyes
I'm originally from there, and if you ask me, the people there are more inclined to die for the regime than to fight it, the puritans had a lot of rules but one of them stood above the others "allegiance to the ruler is your #1 priority" and they hammered it hard into people's heads.
Also helps that ismailis were had no infrastructure and the "wahaabi" government gave it to them, so they embraced everything the government stood for.. They sometimes even object when things turn liberal
John Richardson
>Also helps that ismailis were had no infrastructure and the "wahaabi" government gave it to them, so they embraced everything the government stood for..
