Said this before, but I don't think it works that way.
I mean, they could certainly build them rooms, same way they did in The Test.
But I don't think they can ADD gems to the Temple so easily. They never had to bother wtih that with Steven since he inherited Rose's Gem.
I doubt they could just throw Lapis and Peridot in and have the Temple Door change shape or something to accomedate them/let them in.
They wouldn't have the crazy control powers and the door wouldn't let them in (though it seems you can LEAVE the Temple without a door gem at least)
Also, what's wrong with them staying at the Barn?

Nah, I liked how its been dealt with for now. Its not a permanent fix, just a temporary one.
I hated the Cluster from the beginning. Its ending just confirmed that the Cluster as a whole was just an excuse in order to bring back the Homeworld.
I think the whole thing was a mistake, but with the Cluster at least now being over, we can move on to better things
