Capitalism only works by paying the laborer less than the value of his wages and pocketing the difference.

Fresh off the boat, from reddit, kid? heh I remember when I was just like you. Braindead. Lemme give you a tip so you can make it in this cyber sanctuary: never make jokes like that. You got no reputation here, you got no name, you got jackshit here. It's survival of the fittest and you ain't gonna survive long on Sup Forums by saying stupid jokes that your little hugbox cuntsucking reddit friends would upboat. None of that here. You don't upboat. You don't downboat. This ain't reddit, kid. This is Sup Forums. We have REAL intellectual discussion, something I don't think you're all that familiar with. You don't like it, you can hit the bricks on over to imgur, you daily show watching son of a bitch. I hope you don't tho. I hope you stay here and learn our ways. Things are different here, unlike any other place that the light of internet pop culture reaches. You can be anything here. Me ? heh, I'm a judge.. this place.... this place has a lot to offer... heh you'll see, kid . . . that is if you can handle it...

But isn't your life so much better for all the cheap air conditioners, shitty shoes and piss watery beer mexico is sending us

Seems fair

that's not capitalism that's globalism

>>>/leftypol/

nothin persunel, kiddo

Actually capitalism only works because the owners make more money over break even, not wages.

This has been attempted to be fixed by gov companies that operate at break even. They always cost more than a normal l company that operates over break even.

>This has been attempted to be fixed by gov companies that operate at break even. They always cost more than a normal l company that operates over break even.

Canada managed to operate electrical generation for far less than the US for decades. Now it's a race to see with can impose the most expensive green energy requirements to see which is the least cost effective.

~

The issue with capitalism isn't the exploitation of labor it's the monetary policy.

Have a business, it makes a profit. But it pays less money to it's employees than it has sales. In short the total amount of money for the end users is always less than the value of sales or else the business goes bankrupt.

The solution currently is to take on debt. The solution is to create money at the gap difference between sales and wages.

>Capitalism only works by paying the laborer less than the value of his wages and pocketing the difference.
Ideally the capitalist would re-invest the difference in new ventures or in hiring more workers.

these are not arguments

despite this, capitalism is good in theory, it just needs developing

capitalism works in a mixed economy deliberately monitored to keep up competitiveness of small businesses and can tax monopolies to fuck

embargo nations which steal jobs by treating their people like shit

this + fascism = a successful society

I LOVE CAPITALISM.

Why are you so jealous you poor peasant, not the fault of capitalism that you are unable to compete in the workforce.

THE WEAK SHOULD FEAR THE STRONG!

>capitalism is good in theory, it just needs developing
The same could be said about Communism, but since there aren't really any communist states around, and the ones approximating it were generally failures in the end, you get laughed at for that. Oddly enough, people still believe the same fairy tale about capitalism.

>free trade = capitalism
Wanna know how I know you're a fucking moron, OP?

because under certain conditions capitalism works like a dream

it's a matter of maintaining these conditions, best done under an authoritarian government

examples of successful capitalism include
>1910's British empire
>1910's Germany
>1940's-1960's USA
>modern chile

Hey look everybody it's Brian Mulroney

I notice you ignore 40-90 UK. Maybe 40-80 more specifically. Big time Labour. Big time economy. Now it's ded

>implying I think NAFTA or free trade altogether is a good thing

Capitalism is NOT necessarily free trade.

Well sir. Completely socialist healthcare up here for 40 years until common law gutted it. We used to ban buying private insurance. I say good. Costs us half or less than 110% private america land. And we live longer. Check this out. Greece and Japan have a ton of smokers but no lung cancer

Hi goy

that's a joke. rationing meant our farming businesses just had a nice bump

it was shit

housing market was shit except for a few years in the 60's

we lost all african colonies that were manufacturing powerhouses

only thing we had going was a strong pound and we've lost that too kek

british politics is the most depressing shit ever

Too late bud. That shit ship has sailed

We were all making the equivalent minimum wage of about $25 an hour. Mostly due to spending. But it all went to private interests and etc

War profiteering

Value which he wouldn't be able to produce without the investor's investment and management.

Fuck off shill.

thats it senpai

war profiteering is best

Trump will do something about it. Whether it'll help us is a whole other matter. I hope the agreement is completely scrapped altogether. Mexico is the only one who won big-time with it. The U.S lost, and Canada lost.

No, capitalism makes a profit by mutual benefit. One person subjectively values something some else has at more than they are willing to pay for it.

Also, how successful do you expect to be if you're going to be a miserable commie in a capitalist world. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy: The system is rigged against the workers so don't I don't try ---> Didn't try to improve myself so I didn't succeed ---> Didn't succeed, say "hey look, injustice is real>"

Commies only look at capitalism through the lens of manufacturing, not service-sector jobs or business. You're not relegated to only working as a laborer you schmuck. Find something people are willing to pay for such as car repairs, carpentry, gardening. Be ambitious and creative you little slime.

Just gonna leave this here.

Hardly anyone has capital, most of us live by selling our labour. This is the definition of belong to the working class.

source? Ypur picture has completely arbitrary times. And USA is not that well represented, thou, especially when we compare how much one pays per capita

Explain me in what way Venezuela is socialist?

Let me know when capitalism can do something about the fact you live in fucking africa.

>russian flag
>oil sanctions price collapses and embargoes
>endless video of richy venezuelans eating heavily in no queues
>believing the rovians

>canada

What Russian flag?

kek

Venezuela right now is akin and synonymous with the right wing shit tier capitalist russian economy but nonody cared about that shit

>Implying that wealth inequality has any measurable economic effect on an economy
>Implying that wealth is a finite source that cannot be created with a little bit of entrepreneurial brains and a free market and free banks for capital investment
>Implying greater regulations and more taxes don't hurt those poor laborers first and foremost

MFW I realize that anytime a trade occurs between Apple and some customer, the wealth gap increases, despite both parties being economically better off.

So many things wrong with that stament:
>South America(enjoying the niggers?)
>Mexicans should fear Americans if this is a case of Darwinism

People are selected to succeed in anything money making

South Africa*literally no difference though

What does that mean?

If you're suggesting people are selected by some "higher power" to be rich....then why the fuck did it/they allow me to make well over $1,000,000 in my old business?

I'm the most anti-government person out there.

this is such a shit meme

the majority of socialists pay tax

not an argument.

Here is a usefull link

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialism

And a little tip: Just becuse your feelz say that Venezuela is socialist, doesn't mean that Venezuela is socialist ;)

Capitalism has to be regulated for the kikes that turn it into corporatism

Filter that commie, already. All he does is shill for leftists.

>replying to shitty pasta
>claim to be an oldfag

Git.

>then why the fuck did it/they allow me to make well over $1,000,000 in my old business?
You pocketed 1kk or your bussiness moved 1kk?

The hell? Yeah, you make less than the business does, but your work has zero value outside of the system.

Let's say I'm a graphic designer working for a movie company. I decide that I'm tired of making more money for my company than myself, and I quit my job.

Now what?

I can try to sell graphics solo, but I'll get fewer sales than the guaranteed rate with my employer. Even the sales I do get will make the buyer more than it makes me. Otherwise they wouldn't buy.

Arguably there isn't even a cut being taken out of your productivity, because you're only a cog with zero value outside some sort of system. No government can fix this fact, unless you want to make the entire movie yourself, voice acting and everything.

(you)

>Implying monopolies are inherently bad
>Implying monopolies are last forever

MFW Standard oil continually improved refining methods for oil and cheapened the costs of production and overall price to consumers despite owning 90% of the market.

MFW Rockefeller quintupled his wealth only after government stepped in and broke up his anti-trust

>>we live longer

How ever Your GDP per capita is lower then america

If you not a rich
it doesn't matter live longer

I'm not saying I'm an oldfag but I've been here since 2013.

I really dont get what you are trying to say.

The thing is that the production team, the suppliers and actors do all the work, but some shaddy figure, the owner, pockets a large share without giving labour.

Socialists pay the minimum amount of taxes, just like capitalists. Yet the other ideologues in the comic go above and beyond the minimum because they actually walk the walk that their ideology demands.

>Implying monopolies are last forever
Implying retards like yourself are ever right. Trump wants to do something about foreign labour btw you retard

>it's the current year

Pinochet fucked thos country and leftists rebuilt it after his death from schatch. On leftists basement.
Go fuck urslef degenerate

Yeah, by deregulating and reducing taxes therefore giving an incentive for business to flock to America and tap into our skilled labor market. The best protectionism is by making us the most business-friendly.

Jesus christ moortugal, Chavez literally went by Maos' playbook and said so himself. How are they *not* socialist?

Pinochet ruled between 1974-1990.

Read the chart and weep right wing scum.

>conveniently ignores the Stagflation of the 70s as a direct result of Keynesian economics

>The best protectionism is by making us the most business-friendly
Nothing wrong with more tariffs m8

>no citation/10

both venezuela and russia's state of economy is easily explained by the price of oil going down and sanctions from the west.

on the other hand you dont see very many empty grocery stores or riots for food in russia my flag sharing cuck friend

>MFW Standard oil continually improved refining methods for oil and cheapened the costs of production and overall price to consumers despite owning 90% of the market.
>Thinking 19th century -> 1970 america is a standard

Let me tell you a secret. What happened in America WILL NOT happen again. The massive amount of growth, the priviledge position in wich your nation was, the massive amount of resources WILL not happen again. What worked for you guys in that age will not work anymore.

>Capitalism only works by paying the laborer less than the value of his wages and pocketing the difference.
I wasn't aware it was 1910 before this shit idea was completely and utterly BTFO and falsified

This user gets it

The trade-off for tariffs is higher prices for foreign materials, which is bad for producers and consumers (i.e. everyday people), but good for short-term job retention in those fields. Take your pick.

That doesn't matter. Value outside is 0. Their pay is dependent on contribution. They would get nothing without working for someone.

Fuck off commie scum, we earn what we put on here. Work 16 hour shifts in a factory for minimum wage? Come up with a good or new idea and sell it. That's all it takes. Don't just sit on your ass and drink Budweiser, learn to game the system.

>How are they *not* socialist?
It didn't provide a good result.
Leftist have been saying these every generation for a few hundred years.
We'll be Colonizing the stars while some dumb leftist cunt is bitching about inane bullshit

>facts are mean wahhhhhhh

>NAFTA
>Capitalism

Oh you silly leaf. Capitalism =/= globalism

This isn't capitalism. Though, the concept of capitalism is a Marxist construct.

Oligarchical Collectivism is closer to what we currently have. We are simply playing a game that has been engineered to resemble Capitalism.

Not this meme again. The Nationale Socialistische Arbeiderspartei Deutschland was socialist. Its in the fucking name.

>picture with government policy
>blames capitalism

This is why we can't have nice things.

That's fine, America is moving out of the manufacturing sector and into the service sector, which is harder to outsource. We've made our contributions in the fields of manufacturing and we no longer rely on it when other countries may have a comparative advantage in doing so. Our citizens will still reap the benefits of cheaper foreign-manufactured goods until those poorer countries catch up to America's service-sector economy.

>Capitalism only works by paying the laborer less than the value of his wages and pocketing the difference.

Uh, yeah. That's called incentive you dumb fuck.
