1. Reshoots only occur during post-production
2. Nearly every movie, especially blockbusters, undergoes reshoots
3. Ayer has already said that the reshoots were to add action and that WB is happy with the film
4. The reshoots lasted like a week. Which is hardly anything

Im not saying the movie will be good, but reshoots are not evidence to suggest any real problem. Its not like Fan4stic where they kicked the director to the curb and reshoot the entire 3rd act.
