必须 is often used in context of "you need to do this" either according to laws or official rules.
应该 is like "you really should" do something.
得 is somewhat informal of a word. Like "I gotta get this done" or else things will be inconvenient.

yeah mine was great, small with no windows but clean, good internet, quiet, no roaches, card for getting into guest house and good room lock, water jug and tea, nothing wrong with it for 150hkd. I couldn't find anything close to that price on hk island and tst is good location.
