What I love about Logan is that it introduced another bad end. The timeline is fucked for mutants no matter what. The good guys ultimately lose in the X-Men movie universe. That's why it's my favorite. No matter what people say about timelines, or the Fox vs Marvel shit, these movies take risks and I love the nihilistic ending game for the series.

X-men is sort of fun in the way that you can always create new type of dystopian future timeline where the mutantkind is all but extinct, since it gives the book a future that has to be fought against in order to avert it.

Blink is from the comics and in Days of Future Past, Polaris is in the comics (Magento's daughter), and there are 1 or 2 more from the comic characters it seems.
