People with dual citizenship will be given an integration score, where past history of crime, employment, education, family status, language skills and wether they are or have been under government surrveilance determines wether they should have their citizenship revoked or not.
Then you create government programs that aim to get muslims and immigrants to willingly move to their home country. Several countries in Europe already do this, where they pay them money to leave, and help them get started in their old country.
These are politicly realistic actions one could take, as a start. These actions are far better than the current stance, where love and compassion is somehow going to fight terrorism. Where we aren't allowed to fight back because that might makes muslims angry and thus create more terrorists. Where we are just supposed to get used to terrorism.
